Wonderful Italy - would not recommend

Me and my boyfriend stayed here in July. The place is clean and location good but electricity went out all the time. There was a guide on how to fix it which first of all was guiding us to the wrong place in the building but also we had no key to get in. This was a Friday evening so when contacting Wonderful Italy they said they can't do anything because the office hours are finished and sent us to new people saying the same. After 3 hours we found a neighbour who we would communicate with over Google Translate who was so kind and helped us getting into the electricity room. Finally we would cook dinner and start our Friday evening, but 3 hours too late... We reported this to our contact person from Wonderful Italy to give them a chance to make it up to us. She would take it further but we haven't heard anything since. Very unprofessional.
