Read the instructions carefully it is a no contact stay everything is is done by text message all initial access is threw an app provided by the manager coordinator with the manager before arrival and it will be a easy process The manager is very responsive and helpful it a new concept in the industry and I found it great once you understand the process I would definitely stay at any of the several properties in Europe that they manage
