Lovely Hotel in an excellent location to the main train station. Rooms are refurbished but outside passages a bit grotty. New carpets are needed. My room was spacious but the shower was s nightmare. Too small to fit me and I’m not a big man. The temperature was difficult to adjust and I kept scolding myself. Finally I booked a room with a double bed and got 2 single beds joined together with a gap in the middle. Why do some hotels do this? and if they do why not tell the customer or have a mattress topper on top of the mattress. It was uncomfortable. It might be that this is only in my room but it could be like this in other rooms too. Finally the staff were amazing, all very friendly and helpful. Gave me some good eating recommendations thank you

The hotel is very conveniently located near the train station and all the main attractions. The hotel itself also left a pleasant impression, but we didn't like the breakfasts; they could have been more varied.

Great location and easy check in. Very convenient to the cruise terminal (walking distance) and all public transportation. The front desk was very helpful in scheduling our taxi to the airport.

Fantastic hotel, apartments were lovely.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Our apartment was really big..and my son was delighted to have his own room. The staff were helpful. The room was serviced every day. The aircon worked well...and it was in a fantastic location. Really clise to the station eith some great bars/restaurants nearby.
