Check in was a nightmare. They didn’t have my reservation under my name and had to search to find it under the vrbo host, rooms were mixed up, family didn't get what they reserved..they tried to have different families share a room and sleep on pull out beds…After our stay, we saw that our credit card was charged again for the room that we already paid for 6 months beforehand. Dealing with the hotel and VRBO to get this straightened out has been ridiculous…still have not been reimbursed. The hotel is claiming this is VRBO’s fault and VRBO is claiming it is the hotel’s fault.
