Spacious and modern apartment recently renovated, on the second floor of a building located on one of the most prestigious streets in Genoa.



The accommodation opens onto a corridor that leads to the various rooms of the house. The living room, furnished with a sofa, television and open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven and kettle.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, the first of which is equipped with a queen-size bed, the second with two single beds and the third with a single bed.

Finally, two fully equipped bathrooms with shower stall, bidet and hair dryer complete the layout of the apartment.



Guests are provided with amenities such as a washing machine, heating, iron, and free Wi-Fi.
