Excellent location, close to all the sights and sounds of George Town. The building has charming heritage character on the outside but is beautifully maintained and tastefully renovated inside. The lobby is gorgeous, and the staff are consistently warm, friendly, and helpful. Service throughout my stay was exceptional. I stayed in a Superior King Room — freshly renovated, well-appointed, and with lovely views of the ocean and city. Great value for money, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations."

Good breakfast options, we enjoyed the welcome drinks in the lobby! Convenience stores opposite the hotel, bus stop to the free CAT bus, great food options nearby and further down the street :)
