Dew Drops - 4 Bedroom House

Newly built, gorgeous home with stunning views of the ocean, sunrise and sunsets that can be enjoyed from any of the three balconies. The house is yours completely and will serve as your home away from home.

Dew Drops is located approximately 20-25 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes away from George Town, Exuma, The Bahamas (by car). In George Town you will find the major grocery stores, liquor stores, bank and the native straw market. Heading approximately 20-25 minutes south of Dew Drops you'll find the famous Tropic of Cancer Beach. While Coco Plum Beach is a 40 minute drive North of Dew Drops.

I highly recommend renting a car at the airport when you land. Restaurants and grocery stores are not within walking distance. There is much to explore in Exuma and having a car will greatly benefit you. The property manager can arrange a rental car for you if contact in advance. Taxi services are also available.

Boat is at browns so easy to walk across street and get in the boat. Short ride into Georgetown. H

House is clean pretty view from front porch. Beds were comfortable air conditioner work great.

Modern house with perfect boating access

We picked this location for its closeness to Brown's Marina. Very new house with modern decorations. Directly across the street from Brown's Marina so storing a boat and it protected area was simple. House was very clean and very new. Could use a few extra pots and pans for cooking for a large group. Some simple things like trash bags would have gone a long way but overall it was a beautiful place. If you are looking for beach and water views they probably will not be your first choice as we wanted it for as close to the marina and storing a boat in a gated guarded facility.
