the hotel is in a good central location to explore George Town. it was strange at check-in to be ased for RM100 in cash.. which we didn't have. The staff also charged us for the taxes that we'd already paid (but did eventually refund this). Rooms are very basic. Fine for a night but I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer.

This is a great place and decent location and great to be away from the crowds it’s just a bit of a walk to get into the old town area which is where the best food and drink Places are. But it’s an easy enough walk and easy To get taxis. Staff are friendly and facilities Are all good, clean and convenient .
