Proximity to transportation andd activities. Customer service poor. They act like they don't want their jobs. Rooms are filthy with broken furniture. Property us not kept. Never again!

Pretty good overall

Friendly staff greeted us and available 24 hours. Very nice people. The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. I also had to clean the toilet properly before using. Fantastic location for the street art trail, food, the jetty and public transport links.

The hotel is situated in the centre of old city between China Town and Little India within the walking distance to all major sights. Unlimited shopping and dining options nearby. Public busses around the corner. The staff could me more helpful, cleanelles of the room was OK. Cleaned every day with complimentary drinking water. Markets next door.

Great location.. but that's where it stops.

Great location, conveniently locayed close to a bus stop that will take you places and airport. As far as the room is concerned is quite clean however the bed and pillows are old and smell that way. There is a worse smell of old sweat coming from bedheads we happened to rest our back and pillows on it, they stink to high heavens. Warning for other travellers: the room is not automatically cleaned daily, you need to request it. The coffee and water also need to be requested daily.
