Quick check in process. Our room was very clean, comfortable pillows, good sized bathroom and the view was quite nice. Although I didn’t use the pool, I found the area very relaxing if you want to just hang out and relax at night or early in the morning. Location is within walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. In addition, lobby was well decorated. Would definitely stay here again next time.

Pics looked good but hotel a bit shabby. No conditioner or body lotion provided. Hotel says it’s due to eco friendliness but come on, be honest and say it’s due to cost. There are other ways to be eco friendly. Soap dispensers felt like they were about to break. Shampoo of low quality and dried out hair like plastic. Bedding had some hairs. Would not stay again. Nice view tho.

The swimming pool was good, especially after a day of walking. The rooms were clean, modern, and bright. The only downside is the shower, it needs a good layer of bleach to clean the mould in the tiles, this would really spruce up the bathroom, and give it a nice hotel feel. Staff at the restaurant were all very nice, the ground floor staff needs more local insight of things to do when asked.

I had a wonderful stay at OZO Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view and excellent room service. The facilities were impressive — there’s a rooftop swimming pool (which I unfortunately couldn’t use due to the weather) and a rooftop gym that I managed to visit a couple of times. The gym isn’t very big but has everything you need, and the equipment is fairly new and well-maintained. The hotel is within walking distance of markets and restaurants, which is super convenient. It can get a bit hot walking around, but taxis are easily available, and you can reach most places within minutes. The service here is amazing — the staff are friendly and attentive, and the housekeeping team does a great job cleaning the room daily and providing fresh towels. The only downside is that the reception is located on the 20th floor, so you need to go up there to check out, and the lifts can be quite busy and slow at times. I did not have food here, I put the stars there by mistake Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

Amazing sea views room Breakfast was outstanding in choice and quality. Room was a good size and clean Only downsides 1. Reception was up on the 20th floor. Meant if you wanted to speak to the. You had to go all the way upstairs 2 there was no where to put your suitcase in the room. A suitcase stand would have been helpful
