our stay was excellent, we checked in very late, 1am and i called the reception that night about our late arrival. It was good that they answered promptly saying that my room was still reserved until we come. The room is spacious, facilities are acceptable but the towels and linen are old. One thing I got disappointed is about breakfast, i thought they will serve it 7.45-10am but when we came to the dining, it was already closed around 9.45am. Also, there is a strange smell of the carpet at the hallway, but overall everything was good. I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Budget hotel.

Looks like they are renovating but continue to rent rooms.Really depressing room.No window,white painted wall no decoration.WiFi ok daytime but awful in evening when other guests around.Not far from Komtar but not in tourist area so maybe solo females wouldn't feel safe at night.Close to Sunday market at Hin bus depot.Front desk lady friendly.

Overall was good. Love the hotel roomenvironment and it's spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Just one more thing need to improve were the make up room where the cleaner didn't sweep the floor. But others are good!
