Spotless clean room. One of the best hotel bathroom with very good towls aand best toilets. Big problem was the suite was a loft design with a very narrow and winding stairs which is not very well lighted. Particularly difficult for 70 + years old customers. The living area and cabinet storage is too small for 2 adultsvto be comfortable.

A charming, nostalgic luxury hotel ideally located in the heart of Georgetown, Penang, just a short walk from the old town, where you can enjoy sightseeing, shopping, exploring historic buildings, and savoring delicious local cuisine. The location is excellent, with a 24-hour self-service laundromat just a 3-minute walk away. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well-equipped with all the essential amenities. Its lobby features an engaging display that shares the rich history of both the hotel and Georgetown. Our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in a family room with two queen beds, which felt very spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the hot and humid late June weather, walking outside in the afternoon for even 10 minutes was nearly unbearable. We enjoyed staying at the hotel and will definitely rebook it next time.
