Room was excellent with all the amenities - very clean and neat. Staff was extremely polite. check in and check out efficient and seamless. Although my filght was delayed, a quick call to inform them before hand is all that is needed.

Very nice and cleaned room. Rooms are fully soundproof. Late check-in available (11:00pm) staffs are very friendly. Lot of vegetarians verity breakfast are available on thaipoosam festival time.

Good but aircond not functioning well

Overall it was good. Hotel’s location is strategic & staffs are helpful & friendly. Car parking is free. But one of our rooms (No 2808)’s aircond seems is not functioning well. Once we closed the connection door between the 2 rooms, then we felt that room 2808’s aircond was not working well. But since we stayed for 1 night only and it was late, so we didn’t make any complaints.
