Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We did not get to stay. Got played out by Expedia. Confirmation given but no rooms secured. We were literally stranded with no accomodation for 4 days 3 nights. Relocation team promised to call us back but no reply till the day we returned. As it was during peak season we had difficulty getting a room for our stay. We are utterly speechless and disappointed with the kind of service we are getting from Expedia.
