Newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2 bath lakefront cottage in Muskoka, 2 hrs north of Toronto. Boat access ONLY, serviced by marina with public parking and boat launch. Bring your own boat, rent one from a selection at nearby marina or simply book the water taxi to bring you right to your private dock. Full details on taxi or boat rentals will be provided to interested renters. Charming family cottage on crystal clear lake perfect for swimming, fishing, boating and water sports. Three waterfalls and a public beach with sandy shore are all located on the lake. Situated at water's edge in a protected cove with no thru boat traffic, swimmers can walk into the lake from the smooth granite shore, or dive into deep water off the sun deck at the end of your private dock. The lot is level and the cottage is just steps to the water, with no stairs to climb and a lawn for family games. A canoe, paddle boat, lilly pad swim platform and numerous water toys will offer hours of fun. A large screened in porch and your own fire pit with firewood supplied will add to your enjoyment. Enjoy a hiking trail leading into the woodland behind the property. Picture your family making meals together in the bright, well-equipped fully renovated kitchen with all new appliances, including a dishwasher and laundry pair. The cottage offers all the comforts at home, including A/C and heating from a quiet, high efficiency heat pump in the main cottage, and an electric fireplace in the sleeping cabin overlooking the lake. The Cottage can accommodate up to a max of 9 guests. A perfect setting to create family memories to last a lifetime. Seasonal property, rentals from June to September only.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights
Please ensure air conditioning (heat pump), baseboard heaters and electric fireplace in sleeping cabin are all turned off.
Only strip sheets from beds. Do not remove mattress covers. Place used linens on top of washing machine.
Ensure all windows are closed. Please do not lock any of the doors on departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
