Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, freundlich, zuverlĂ€ssig, sehr angenehm! Die Wohnung ist hĂŒbsch und mit allem Angenehmen ausgestattet, die Terrasse ist wunderbar, der Blick wirklich sehr beeindruckend. Que dire...la location est encore mieux qu'en photo! Fijn appartement op een prachtige plek

Het appartement ligt op een mooie plek, met prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Je kunt er in de buurt heel mooi wandelen en fietsen in de Vogezen. De verhuurder is prettig en efficiënt in contact. Inrichting zou iets meer up to date kunnen, maar het is comfortabel en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.

Excellent séjour assuré : agréable, au calme, fonctionnel, équipé et vue sur la nature. Balades.

Situation du gĂźte en rez-de-chaussĂ©e (pas gĂȘnant) d’un petit immeuble au calme. A proximitĂ© du parking extĂ©rieur des rĂ©sidents. Il est en hauteur avec une large vue sur les montagnes et le lac depuis le canapĂ©, la salle Ă  manger ou la terrasse. Il est quasiment neuf, propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Des rĂ©sidences secondaires autour. AccĂšs Ă  des chemins de montagne Ă  proximitĂ©. Balade autour du Lac de Longemer Ă  quelques km, trĂšs agrĂ©able et au calme. GĂ©rardmer mĂȘme pas 10’ de voiture en sortant du gĂźte Ă  gauche, chemin plus court qu'avec le GPS. RepĂšre pour accĂ©der au gĂźte, la rue juste en face de l’hĂŽtel restaurant de la Jamagne qui est Ă  l’angle en ville ensuite en montant la rue tout de suite Ă  gauche puis Ă  droite. Usine linge de maison. Endroits que nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ©s Ă  GĂ©rardmer : « l’Enchanthe », salon de thĂ©, propre, style anglais qui hĂ©berge 3 petits lapins, Kusmi Tea, cafĂ©, chocolat chaud, tartes, gĂąteaux faits maison et possibilitĂ© de les emporter TRES BONS et FINS (rien Ă  voir avec les boulangeries), « Boucherie Schmitt FrĂšres » de tradition : traiteur et boucherie, fait maison, copieux et de bonne qualitĂ© en face d’un parking, nouveau restaurant « Place des Vosges », menu Ă  16 €, bon rapport qualitĂ© prix mais les desserts nous les avons pris au salon de thĂ©. Restaurant gastro : La Table du Rouan Ă  la Jamagne : produits frais. SupermarchĂ©s aux abords de la ville et Match en ville. Attention aux horaires des commerces, peu d’amplitude pour des parisiens que nous sommes.

Vacances d'hiver

Super séjour à gerardmer, bien qu'il n'y avait pas de neige nous avons bien profité du paysage. Le logement est trÚs bien placé, il faut prendre la voiture pour aller en ville mais ce n'est vraiment pas loin et la vue sur les montagnes et le lac est trÚs dépaysant. Il ne manque rien dans le logement et le propriétaire est trÚs sympathique. Je recommande !
