On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with table and 4 chairs, storage room with washing machine, living room with sofa and TV, opening onto a 20 m² terrace with table for 6 people. and garden furniture.
Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms (160cm wide bed) and a shower room as well as a separate toilet.
Beds are made upon arrival.

Tracks 2.7 km or 7 minutes by car (or free shuttle 2 minutes in season to the city center).
