Lower floor: Hallway with washing machine, dryer, electric boot dryer, toilet with washbasin, and a wellness area with sauna and walk-in shower.

Outside: Garden furniture, lounge area, barbecue, private terrace, and enclosed garden. Electric gate providing access to the courtyard. Several parking spaces in the courtyard for guests of La Biche and Le Faon apartments.
