Een heel mooi, ruim en schoon appartement met twee balkons met aardig uitzicht, deels op de heuvels. Parkeren kon voor de deur. Boodschappen deden we in Gersheim, 5 a 10 minuten rijden met de auto. Voor natuurliefhebbers valt er veel te genieten: er zijn veel goed gemarkeerde wandelmogelijkheden in de omgeving. Vooral het orchideeënpad was onvergetelijk mooi. Indrukwekkend vonden wij de Völklinger Hutte, op 40 km. afstand, geweldig goed bewaard gebleven industrieel Unesco werelderfgoed. Wij konden zelfs bovenop tussen de hoogovens doorwandelen. Het contact via email met de eigenaren verliep in het begin niet zo goed: er werd niet tot nauwelijks gereageerd op mijn emails. Het contact via de telefoon kort voor aankomst en ter plekke was daarentegen weer prima. Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Makeln

Pros: Sauberkeit war topp. Von den Bildern zur eigentlichen Unterkunft gab es eigentlich keine Unterschiede. Die Gastgeber waren immer zu erreichen. Cons: Leider wurde uns vor dem Aufenthalt mitgeteilt das der Holzofen (der sowohl in der Beschreibung als auch in den Bildern zu sehen ist) nicht zu benutzen ist. Wir konnten ihn dann doch nutzen da es ein Problem mit der Heizung gab. An sich war die Austattung sehr gut, aber es haben ein paar Kleinigkeiten gefehlt: Spülmaschinen Tabs, ein Schneidebrett in der Küche. Ein Anweisung wie mit Müll umgegangen werden soll (dürfen die Mülltonnen vor dem Haus benutzt werden, ist der Biomüll in Plastiktüten oder anders zu entsorgen etc.) wäre auch nett gewesen. Eine schöne Aussicht hat dieses Gebäude übrigens auch nicht, trotzdem kann ich mir vorstellen das es im Sommer mit dem Balkon dort sehr nett ist.
