Cosy flat in Gersthofen is located close to the city centre with numerous shopping facilities (bakery, butcher, restaurants, grocery shop, pharmacy, etc.) and offers good connections to the A8 motorway to Munich/Stuttgart. Augsburg can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The flat extends over two floors and is modernly furnished. Whether for business or pleasure, you will find everything you need here:

- Living room with TV (Amazon Prime) and comfortable pull-out couch
Basement:
- Bedroom/office/dressing room with high-quality box-spring bed (140x200)
- High-quality newly designed bathroom (only last year) with walk-in rain shower and underfloor heating (as in the entire basement)
- Kitchenette with 2 hobs, oven/microwave, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans, crockery & cutlery and a fridge.
There is free WLAN in all rooms. The car can be parked directly in front of the entrance.
There is also a laundry room in the building with a washing machine and tumble dryer, which can be used for a small fee.
