Newly Converted Detached Farmhouse

This is a converted farmhouse, very spacious, bright and airy. All of the house embraces the outdoors and all rooms including the corridors enjoy countryside views especially the ones with large terraces, the first floor and the second floor rooms. The outdoors is surrounded by fields making it even more pleasant.

What we love about this place:

The pool is simply amazing, open all year round. 12m X 5m with a shallow end. Also good for lapping considering the length and diving, 2.2 m deep at the deep end.
The new outdoor rattan dining set for 8 people.
The well equipped kitchen, kettle, toaster, oven, side by side fridge freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, dishes etc.
The fire pit is perfect in the evenings for a chat and a laugh and a chilled glass of wine with family or friends.

The rooms on the ground level are an entrance hall, the kitchen which also enjoys a breakfast top, and a 50 sq. meter mill room which has been converted into a large dining living area. A guest bathroom is also located on this level.

Three bedrooms, one double with shower ensuite, one queen with bath ensuite, and one single with adjacent shower are located on the first floor.

Two bedrooms, one king with walk in wardrobe and a large terrace with countryside and distant sea views and one single (120cm wide mattress) room with large terrace are located on the second floor. These bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower.

There are air conditioners in all of the five bedrooms whilst there are fans for summer and gas heaters for winter on the ground floor level.

Air conditioning carries a pay per usage charge, coin meter system. On average EUR 2 gives approx. 8 hours of air conditioning.

There's free WIFI throughout the house including outdoors.

Charoal/ Wooden BBQ is available.

8 sunbeds and umbrellas are provided together with beach towels. 8 outdoor rattan chairs and dining table are provided as well.

Towels and linen are provided.

Beautiful Villa with lovely pool in a quiet village

Lovely newly refurbished villa and pool. Walking distance from the the village centre. Bedrooms all comfy and kitchen well equipped. Owner was very quick to reply when we had questions. One recommendation is for more information about the villa in the information booklet explaining how the bedroom water heaters work and the outside lights. Also some information about the village would be helpful - restaurants etc. the local vineyard tour near the Villa was excellent too

Good choice for large family group

The villa is on the edge of Gharb in a quiet rural area. The pool and deck area are lovely and there's plenty of space for relaxing and socialising. The villa owner/host was responsive and easy to contact.None of the mattresses had protective covers on, which is a serious oversight in such a hot climate. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but could have been better bearing in mind the number of guests that could be accommodated.

A wow factor property from the time you enter the main gate. The salt water swimming pool was very much welcomed and had plenty of use with the excellent garden and pool lighting allowing use late into the evenings.The kitchen was very well equipped for all 8 of us.The beds were comfortable and air-conditioning in the bedrooms (coin meter at about 2 euros per bedroom per night) ensured everyone had a comfortable night's sleep.Communication through Vrbo messaging with owner/property manager was excellent from a few weeks before and throughout our stay and Andreanna always replied within 30 minutes.Location in Gharb is great - walking to bar was a little too far for us in the evening heat and so we found car essential.We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Top. Sehr geräumig, helle, freundliche Zimmer

In ländlicher absolut ruhige Gegend liegt dieses sehr gepflegte und saubere Haus. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Es hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Ebenso sehr umfangreiche ist die Küche. Da fehlt nichts. Perfektes Internet WIFI in jedem der Zimmer. Sauberer Pool. Sonnig von jedem Ecken des Hauses. Von der obersten Terasse sieht man den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang bis ins Meer hinein. Super! Top sehr gerne wieder. Sehr zum empfehlen und oben drauf sehr kompetente Hausverwaltung (Anne) welche unkompliziert und sehr freundlich ist.
