Very friendly staff helpful with information and any questions. Able to store bags before and after check in/out with no problems. Tristram was extremely welcoming and chatty in a warm and professional way. The room had everything we needed along with free water and a very effective heating/ cooling system. A bit of fun with the toilet button in reception, try it if you stay. The hotel is close to walk to all major attractions and has shops/ cafes near by and the tram. Highly recommend.
