Located in San Giovanni Montebello Giarre, Sicily, Villa Iolanda is a refined 120 m² holiday home that accommodates up to 4/5 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and heating with heat pumps. You will have Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine at your disposal. For families, there is a baby cot, high chair, toys, and children’s books available.



Outside, relax on your private, partly covered terrace with sea and mountain views. The villa is surrounded by a shared garden within a 6-hectare estate with vineyards and orchards. Refresh yourself in the outdoor shower or swim in the large shared pool, reserved exclusively for you and the owners. A barbecue is available for outdoor dining.
