Kings Gate #4 is a modern multi level 2 bedroom Townhouse with shared pool and a 3 minutes walk to Gibbs Beach.

This three story, two bedroom townhouse boasts a modern boho interior with a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor consists of two air conditioned Double Master Suites and equal in size but different configuration with en suite bathrooms and large doors that open into the garden. Bedroom 1 can be prepared as Twin beds that can also be converted into a king bed, with a walk in closet and en suite bathroom with shower. 2nd bedroom has a king bed, closet and en suite bathroom with shower.
Laundry area has a washer & Dryer.

The 1st floor is also air conditioned and has an open plan Kitchen, Living room & dining area as well as a powder room and a covered outdoor terrace for dining or relaxing. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances, a breakfast bar and granite countertops. There are also ceiling fans throughout the unit.

The roof deck is perfect for relaxing under the umbrella, sun bathing, alfresco dining during the day time or simply enjoying a drink while star gazing at night.
