Not suitable for non Japanese speaking guest

All the staff of front desk cannot speak English. I have tried to use mobile google translate my words into Japanese. It usually works at local restaurants and shops in Japan. So I was very disappointed that the staff of this hotel can not understand the Japanese translated from google at all. When I checked in, I received a notice of general information in English. As per the notice that late check out as per request, so I called front desk to ask for late check out at 12:00 noon. However when I checked out, I was asked to pay ¥500/hour for late charges. The extra charges was not that much but I was not informed beforehand. I believe it is the responsibility of the hotel to explain to the hotel guest for any extra charges that to be incurred. I won’t suggest to stay at this hotel.

ビジネス系のホテルには珍しく２足制？でした。床はフローリング。駐車場も地下にもあり、バイクには優しかったです。 朝食バイキングはスタンダードな品揃え。まんぞくできるものでした。

リラックス出来ました

ドアを入って靴を脱ぐスペースがあり、スリッパに履き替えリラックス出来ました。 バスタブも足を伸ばして入れて、大浴場が無くても快適に入浴ができました。 飲食店も回りに沢山あるので、立地は良いです。 以前直接予約して時は、駐車料無料でしたが、今回は1000円支払ったのが予定外でした。
