Come and relax in the heart of the Lot countryside in this comfortable 50 m² holiday home, set in a natural and peaceful environment in Gignac. The house accommodates up to 5 people and offers a private 200 m² garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors, enjoying sunny days, or letting your children play safely. You can have your meals on the furnished terrace, read in the shade, or simply enjoy the surrounding tranquility.



Inside, you will find a bright and comfortable living space with a sofa bed for two in the living room, as well as a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, etc.). The open mezzanine offers two additional beds: one double and one single. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is simple and functional for a pleasant stay.
