Cosy apartment with two bedrooms, each with two single beds, one of them with a converter to join the two beds and become 180x200cm. The living room has a large Smart TV and a double sofa bed so you can rest comfortably.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, including a fridge, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils. It has a full bathroom with a hairdryer.

The community coexistence rules must be respected. Respect the neighbours' sleeping hours and be especially careful with noise when moving through the common areas of the neighbours' community, especially during check-in.
The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Gijón and its surroundings, it is located in the Laviada neighbourhood, just next to the centre of Gijón and with many services. It has supermarkets next to the apartment. It is a quiet and safe area, with easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. and very close to Gijón's beaches, 8' walking from Poniente beach and 15' from San Lorenzo beach.
Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied. We want to ensure that all guests enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay in our accommodation. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
