The accommodation has 2 bright bedrooms, an open-concept living-kitchen-dining room combining wood with stone and high ceilings, new appliances and a full bathroom. Spaces designed for comfort and functionality, ideal for families or small groups.

The entire apartment on the first floor without a lift is for rent. Possibility of booking other apartments in the same building. Check availability. Currently, improvement works are being carried out in the entrance hall and stairs.

Rules:

Please note that parties or bachelor/bachelorette events are not allowed in the apartment. If any disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied.
