Emblematic housing and building located a few metres from San Lorenzo Beach. High ceilings, charming property with lift. Sea views from its balconies. 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and kitchen, independent living and dining rooms.



The bedrooms are distributed as follows, a spacious 17 square metre room with a sofa area, two rooms with single beds, one of them interior. Both the living room and dining room are independent.



We will be available for any doubts or queries that may arise for our tenants. R2R Consulting is a company specialised in holiday rentals.



Located in front of San Lorenzo Beach in the heart of Gijón. Ideal for getting to know the city and enjoying its gastronomy and atmosphere



Due to its location, it is ideal for moving by car. A few metres from the apartment there is a public car park. Also option of public transport, taxi or car, motorbike or electric scooter hire.



Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the accommodation. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or the villa rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied. Très bien situé. Appartement spacieux, fonctionnel. Seul bémol les voisins trés bruyants ça résonne beaucoup . Nous avons eu un gros coup de cœur pour Gijon , superbe ville . Sa plage , ses restaurants, son architecture....
