Enjoy a luxury experience in this centrally located Apartment, completely exterior and brand new. Very central, located in the heart of the Wine Route, an area with great gastronomic variety. 300 m walking from San Lorenzo beach, Poniente beach, Sports Marina, Old Town. Several car parks very close to the accommodation.



Distributed in an open-concept living room kitchen, full bathroom and independent main bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, a sofa bed 140 cm wide.



Located in a central area with multiple services available within a few metres. The building does not have a lift, it is a first floor.



Located in the Carmen neighbourhood, with all points of interest very close by, Poniente beach and marina very nearby.



Ideal for walking due to the situation, although it can also be moved by bus, taxi, electric vehicle rental...



The rules of coexistence with other neighbours must be respected, especially when moving through common areas.
