Charming Lakefront 2-Bedroom Home with Sandy Beach and Stunning Views

This beautiful four-season lakefront retreat is perfect for a family getaway, romantic escape, or relaxing couples' vacation on Lake Winnipesaukee.
The main level is filled with natural light and features expansive lake views overlooking the landscaped lawn and waterfront. The cozy living room offers a gas fireplace and queen sleeper sofa, while the separate dining area comfortably seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware and appliances for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. A first-floor bathroom with a walk-in shower adds convenience.
Upstairs, the lakefront primary bedroom features a queen bed, workspace, and more incredible water views. A second upstairs bedroom includes two twin beds and access to the shared bathroom with tub/shower combination. A washer and dryer are also located upstairs for guest use.

Please note:
This vacation home is accessed via a shared, sloped driveway. Two additional rental homes are located on the property, and all guests share access to the beach, dock, and lakefront lawn. No parties are allowed (inside or outside), and guests are expected to clean up after themselves after enjoying the shared outdoor areas.
Dogs are welcome, but because other pets may be on the property during your stay, we ask that all dogs be friendly with both people and other dogs, and remain leashed at all times.
The house is set slightly above the lake offering lovely views and added privacy. Access to the beach and dock is via a stone walkway with steps, or a short walk across a sloped lawn. While most guests find the walk manageable, the property is not wheelchair accessible and may not be ideal for guests with significant mobility limitations.
Other homes on the property can be rented simultaneously for large-group getaways.
