Located in Gilford, Family friendly 4-season Samoset condo located on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee! Private-3 level, end unit townhouse. Short walk to the inground pool overlooking the lake (open Memorial - Labor Day), Private sandy beach with roped off swim area and platform, lounge chairs & tables, Club house, fire pit, drop off dock, kayak/paddle board launch, Tennis & Basketball courts.

The space
Our townhouse is 3 floors and 1600 sq ft.
It features 3 bedrooms plus a loft, and sleeps 10. The master bedroom has a King size bed and full bath. The lower level has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a one has a queen size bed
Bedroom 2 has bunk bed, twin daybed with a trundle.
Full bathroom on lower level plus half bathroom on main level.
Private walk out with a screened in porch.
The loft overlooking the living room has a full size bed. Living accommodates 6 people plus bench seating at the kitchen bar.
The back deck has a couch, table and 2 oversized chairs.
Full kitchen has all the amenities/appliances you need. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig with k-cups, kettle, pots & pans, blender, toaster, dishes, drinkware, etc.
There is a Washer/Dryer on lower level with laundry detergent. Mini split AC's in Main living area and Master bedroom. Free Wi-Fi, 50” Smart TV in both the Living and Master bedroom.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

No smoking. No Pets. Samoset does not allow motorcycles or trailers, but we have a lot nearby (2 mins walking distance) where bikes/trailers can be kept for a small fee. Boats may use the drop off dock for 30 mins or less, but may not dock or moor their boat on the property. (Details below). Must be 25 or older to book and the person booking must be staying at the townhouse.

Renters must agree to and abide by the Samoset condo association rules. Any violations will be at the responsibility of the renter.
We ask that our guests keep the townhouse clean and pick up after themselves. At the end of your stay, please leave all used linens and towels in the laundry basket, laundry room or bathroom floor. Please rinse all dishes of food and run dishwasher at the end of your stay.

Please bring your own beach/pool towels as these are not provided. The towels in the bathrooms may not be taken out of the townhouse. There are lounge chairs at the pool and beach.

There is a welcome letter on the wall when you first walk in stating everything you should know during your stay.

Boats: Per Samoset rules, renters may not moor or dock a boat or jet ski on the property. Any such renter boat or jet ski may be removed from the docks or moorings without prior notice and the renter will be responsible for the payment of fines & costs incurred. Samoset owners boats and jet skis are registered with the condo association and are checked regularly.
Renters may use the drop off dock for dropping off and picking up passengers and equipment. No docking is permitted at the drop off dock. Boats may stay at the drop off dock for a period of 30 mins or less provided an adult stay with the boat during that time. If there are two boats docked at the drop off dock at the same time and another boat approaches to take on or drop off passengers, the first of the two boats docked must leave the dock to allow the approaching boat to use the dock.
If you would like to bring your own canoe/kayak/paddle board, there is a ramp to the left of the fire pit.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire townhouse, pool, clubhouse, beach, fire pit, tennis courts, and basketball courts.

Other things to note
Per Samoset condo association, there are no motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, RV's, campers, pets or smoking allowed on the property. Quiet hours are 11pm - 8am.

This condo offers its guests an indoor pool, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Gilford condo is smoke free.
