Spring Harbor Lodge is a beautifully restored home on Lake Winnipesaukee. This is one of two homes (Spring Harbor Lodge and The Cottage at Spring Harbor) located on this beautiful property that sits on a channel that leads to Smith Cove on Lake Winnipesaukee. Enjoy this peaceful setting with the views of the water and access to your own boat slip for up to a 25 foot boat. This vintage home was built in 1930 and has been updated to modernize what is necessary and maintain it's original charm. Spring Harbor Lodge has been updated to meet each guests needs and cozily host 10 guests. The main floor offers one bedroom with a queen size bed, a 3/4 bath, an eat-in kitchen with direct access to the porch, a classically set dining room and comfortable living room. The upstairs provides a newly remodeled a full bathroom with double sinks and tub and three (3) bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms offers a primary bedroom with a king size bed, a second room with a queen size bed, and a third room with a queen size bed and a double bed.

The property is well equipped with 4 bicycles and 4 kayaks shared between both homes. There is a shared dock at the water's edge with a designated boat slip that fits up to a 25 foot boat. Just a 2 minute drive down the road is Glendale Town Docks with two boat launch ramps, we provide a boat launching pass upon request, where you can easily get your boat in the lake.

Pet Policy: We love animals, but we can only accommodate 1 small dog per reservation. We request that you notify us of the breed and weight of the dog prior to your stay and a pet fee will be applied. We DO NOT allow cats or any other animals.

This lodge offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
