This charming two-bedroom cottage sits directly on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, offering an effortless lakefront experience where relaxation and fun unfold naturally, day by day.

Inside, the cottage feels warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully updated. Rustic charm blends seamlessly with modern comforts, creating a space that’s easy to settle into. Mornings begin in the open kitchen and dining area with coffee brewing and sunlight filtering in, while plans for the day come together around the table. The living room invites you to slow down — a cozy place to unwind after swimming, boating, or exploring the Lakes Region.

Sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or small groups, with a queen bedroom, a full bedroom, and a queen pull-out sofa for additional guests. The renovated bathroom includes an in-unit washer and dryer, making longer stays comfortable and stress-free.

Step outside and everything you love about lake life is just steps away. Spend your day on the shared sandy beach, take a dip in the in-ground pool, or enjoy a friendly match on the pickleball or tennis courts. The onsite boat ramp makes lake access easy, while moorings for jet skis add extra convenience. The dock — just 20 steps from your door — offers a front-row seat to sunrise coffees, afternoon swims, and golden evening light.

Live music, waterfront dining, boating adventures, and classic Lakes Region attractions surround you. The Bank of NH Pavilion is a short walk away, while Weirs Beach, Ellacoya State Park, Meredith Village, and Gunstock Mountain Resort are all just minutes by car.

Guests have the option to reserve private boat dock access for an additional fee per night. This add-on must be reserved prior to arrival and is subject to availability. Please message us in advance if you’d like to include dock access with your stay.
Fishing off the dock is allowed. Please be sure to clean up after yourselves. Cleanup supplies are available in the dock shack if needed.

This is not a pet-friendly property due to HOA rules. Pets are not allowed.
Service animals are welcome with proper documentation and require host approval. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a service animal and be sure to include it in your reservation.
