The first room they gave me had not been cleaned. The bed was still a mess from the prior guest. The second room they gave me the toilet didn’t work! I was so tired at this point from our long drive I fixed the toilet myself and called it a day. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic and helpful and the young lady who was there when we checked out was the sweetest young lady ever and that is why I gave it at least 2 stars.

We paid a pet fee, but they charged us for the dog hair on the linens. Nowhere did it say that the dogs weren’t allowed to be on the linens. Maybe they should only accept fish then? They also mentioned part of the charge was because my kid puked. I was kind enough to place all the gross linens in one area and write a note. Was I supposed to take the linens and wash them myself? Thought that’s what the maids are supposed to do? They also never even called to tell me about the extra charge. The staff sat around and the “away from the desk” sign was up for our entire stay.

Price was right for motel. Breakfast and coffee was very good. Overall, the motel need updating, paint, replace carpet in hall way, air out exercise area. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The room was OK for only 1 night. The properry is dingy and old. Strong cigarette smell in the stairwelll and hallways. The actual room “looked” clean but it was clear it was an easy cover up. Once I had the night table light on all around the bed was visibly not cleaned, something was spilled behind the nightstand. Made us feel a little dirty. The bathroom the same. Hairs on the floor and something splashed on the walls yuck. Just clear the time isn’t taken to thoroughly clean everywhere. For one night you’ll be okay but could easily be better maintained!
