It features a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, 2-burner gas hob, induction hob), a south-facing dining room with reversible air conditioning and a wood-burning stove, and a living room with TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, and a daybed. There is also a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed. Shower room. Separate WC.
You can enjoy the swimming pool located in front of the gîte, separated by a hedge (shared with the owners and another 2-person gîte). The pool measures 12x5m, is 1.15m to 1.75m deep, is salt-water, secured by a roller shutter, unheated, and has an outdoor shower.

There are two terraces: one in front and one behind the gîte, each with garden furniture. A private carport allows you to park your car, bicycles, or motorcycles (covered but not lockable).
