For shared use: property 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, beautiful garden to relax. Barbecue, fireplace. In the house: lounge, infrared sauna, storage room for bicycles, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Parking at 50 m. Shop 50 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 20 m, bakery 500 m, bus stop "Gingst" 500 m, sandy beach 10 km.
