Discover Bravissimo Rajoles, a truly unique and beautifully renovated 3-bedroom apartment in a historic 1879 building in the heart of the Barri Vell. Restored with great care and an eye for detail, the apartment blends original Catalan features with elegant industrial touches. The name Rajoles (“tiles”) refers to the beautiful antique Catalan floor tiles found in almost every room—one of the many charming elements that make this place special. Located on the second floor (no lift) of a historic building on Carrer de l’Argenteria, just off the Rambla, this apartment offers an exceptional setting. The balcony at the front is perfect for enjoying parades, festivals, and even the traditional Tarlà de l’Argenteria when it appears. For environmental reasons, the apartment does not have air conditioning. Instead, every room is equipped with high-quality ceiling fans, and the thermal windows keep the apartment cool in summer and warm in winter. Inside you'll find a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a large dining table for six, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. There are three bedrooms: a master with a twin bed (can be arranged as two singles), a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third with two single beds placed together. The front bedroom also has access to the balcony and includes a desk. The kitchen combines classic style with industrial design and is fully equipped with high-quality appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious bathroom features a beautiful design with shower, sink, and toilet. A separate laundry area with washing machine is hidden neatly in the hall, and an additional storage space is available—ideal for bicycles or luggage.

The apartment is located in Girona’s historic centre, the Barri Vell, where car access is restricted and parking is not allowed. In most areas, vehicles may only enter up to three times per quarter, so we recommend parking before check-in. While Girona is generally calm, some street noise and church bells may be heard if the windows are open. Late check-in is available for a fee. Very enjoyable stay, great area. Suggest Vacuum under beds, clean cushions and throws. Kitchen was clean. Broken Corkscrew not replaced. Shower drain needed unplugging but then worked well. Would stay again.

Beautiful authentic spot

The apt is as advertised and the Bravissimo staff were all helpful. Absolutely adored the Catalan tiles throughout which gave a lovely authenticity to this apartment! It’s relatively quiet and we slept in the front bedroom. The French doors when closed blocked all light and sound if you’re a sensitive sleeper. We spent a week, and I spent many leisurely mornings with tea on the sofa, doors ajar and a breeze passing through. We would stay again for sure!
