RnB - The Coach House - Ev Charger option

Property dates from around 1900. This building was originally the coach house building for the neighbouring mansion house, set within the same grounds.

It is currently set up as a self contained 1 Bedroom ground floor bungalow (with 1st floor bedrooms still to be finished off at a later date).

You have a double bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large lounge/diner. The property is completely self contained.

We are set within a quiet and peaceful area, a short distance from local beaches and countryside walks.

We have given the property a modern twist inside, with plenty of tech on hand.

We aim to give our guests the level of privacy they desire, by offering a self check in/out process and a useful App to answer most questions you may have whilst staying with us. This means if you wish to keep yourself to yourself you can. Equally we live in the main house next door, so if you need anything or just want a chat, we are there too!

The price listed allows for occupation by up to 4 guests. This includes adults, children and infants.

There is a double bed in the bedroom (2 adults). There is then the potential for 2 additional people (adults or children), sleeping on pop up single beds in the large lounge/diner. We also have 2 cots available for infants.


EXTRAS

1. Each additional infant would incur a charge of £20 per night.

Recommended maximum occupancy would be 4 (2 adults plus 2 children/infants or alternatively 4 adults). There is also the option of adding 2 infants in cots, making absolute total occupancy of 6.

2. We have an EV charger available. The charge for unlimited use is £20 per night.

3. Pets are welcome and will be an additional £10 per night per pet.

4. Early check in available (from 1pm) for £10 (subject to availability).

5. Late check out available (until 12 midday) for £10 (subject to availability).
