Holiday home for single use
In the entrance area there is a living room with a large dining table and fully equipped kitchen as well as a cosy fireplace.
On the same level there is a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and the bathroom.
The electric stove heats all rooms in winter
A staircase leads to the bedroom on the upper floor
Both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe or sideboard
There is another sleeping option for 1 person or 2 children in the living room
on a pull-out sofa bed
The living room is equipped with SAT-TV, WLAN, music system and books
The small bathroom has a WC, shower, washbasin and hairdryer
In the basement you will find a washing machine, a washer-dryer and
barbecue and cleaning equipment.
Outside, the covered terrace offers a great view, the seating area with a large barbecue invites you to linger with its sunbathing lawn and a small viewing bench.
The HotPot with panoramic view can be booked on request and with advance notice at extra cost.
Two unallocated parking spaces are located directly under the house. The house is reached via a staircase with approx. 50 steps.
