This hotel is absolutely awesome in all respects. The craftsmanship of the interior as well as the decor immediately stands out. It's obvious that the housekeeping staff know their jobs as everything is immaculate. The extremely comfortable bed was simply the best and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was easy but this is the off season of course. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful hotel, newly built last year. Beautifully decorated in Albanian style and lots of Albanian pictures/artefacts etc on show. Room was very comfortable and a good size, shower was lovely. Breakfast was great, was made when we arrived in morning and brought out to us fresh. This included some hot Albanian foods, fruit, juice, coffee, cake. Lovely! Staff very friendly and helpful and the manager gave us a lift up to the town at night. Location great, just about 10 minute walk to bus station, 20mins or so up to the start of the walk to the castle/old bazaar. Free WiFi was good. No complaints at all, highly recommend! I willl be returning next time I am in Albania for sure 😃

Very nice hotel for our specific needs during our 1 night stay in late Dec 2025. Spacious and clean room for three people. Decor gives you a sense of Albania with dominant wood design as well as modern features. Reception was more of a host than a staff member as he accompanies you to your room to make sure that everything is in order and if you have any questions. He is welcoming, friendly, humble, and extremely hard working. Not a buffet style breakfast but an individual plate with more than enough variety of fruit/vegetable/hot items to get you started exploring the city. I do compare this hotel to the 2.5/3 star hotels in United States. I chose this hotel because of the ~10 walking from main bus terminal location. This is important to me. I could have chose a hotel closer to old bazaar or castle but walking up the steep cobble stone roads with luggage is not what I wanted. A supermarket on location is an added plus for my family if we needed to buy any snacks or drinks. Now for the negative experience which can be avoided is if you know that you will arrive earlier than 2pm check-in, call hotel as the host may not be on location despite what Orbitz says. This may help you drop off luggage to explore and not wait. Maybe during summer this doesn’t exist. Secondly, during colder off season months, our room heating did not work fast when started at 10C and took 12 hours of continuous heating to reach 20C. So maybe call host to preheat room before check-in.

Hotel muy acogedor con un servicio muy atento que hace la estancia excelente. El desayuno es variado y completo. La ubicación al no ser la mas céntrica te permite aislarte del ruido y disponer de aparcamiento y cuando te has de desplazar en coche sólo tardas 5 minutos a las atracciones turísticas. Recomendable.
