To start with, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, and both of us couldn’t eat it all. This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

What a lovely place to stay! From the moment we got there, we were treated like family, very modern comfortable inside with an old world seal. The staff was exceptional, walking us to breakfast in the morning, along with the comfort of the bed, giving us instructions on where to go and what to do at our time of arrival. Let’s talk about the bed!! Wow, I had the best night rest waking up two mountains that were snow, cats and the little village that was just waking up. Would stay here 1000 times over!

Palorto Inn is a beautiful hotel in Gjirokaster, close to Old Town Bazaar. Our room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated with wonderful views of the city and castle. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and professional. I recommend coming to this historic town and stay at this beautiful hotel.

In terms of cleanliness, the place was spotless. The location was good, close to the main atrracions. The pillows are good also, but very uncomfortable. The hotel should inform the guests preciously about the car park (in case of they need it), because it was a nightmare pass in the tiny and climbed streets of Gjirokaster.
