Separate Toilet.. Biomass central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for open fire included. Travel cot and highchair available on request.. Enclosed garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a natural water supply from a spring.. This traditional farm cottage, in a courtyard setting, is located on the same site as the owner on their working farm of over 200 acres, complete with woodland walks direct from the door. It is situated only a short drive from Paisley and Glasgow and their selection of museums, gardens, art galleries, superb shopping, restaurants, entertainment and nightlife. Just 35 miles away is Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, one of Scotland’s most picturesque areas, with excellent outdoor activities to be enjoyed including walking, cycling, golf, fishing, pony trekking and water sports. Ayrshire, with its stunning coastline, sandy beaches and historic sites, is nearby, and the islands of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae make for a great day out. The historic cities of Edinburgh and Stirling can be reached in an hour. Beach 17½ miles. Shop 4½ miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
