Much more a home than a flat. Normally owner occupied; my wife and I have lived here for several years and loved every minute.
Conveniently located in Hyndland in the heart of Glasgow's west end close to amenities and transport links. Suitable for a family and/ or professionals. Only a short walk from Glasgow University.
3 double bedrooms (one of which is set up as an office); 1 bathroom (with separate shower and bathtub); 1 public room; dining kitchen; laundry/ utility room.
145sq metres.
Situated on the second floor of a traditional tenement. All mod cons incl Sky TV high speed broadband. Fully furnished.
Clean, tidy and recently decorated. Gas central heating and gas fire + smoke, fire and CO detectors.
You will have access to the whole flat save a couple of storage cupboards.
Minimum stay 14 nights so as to be respectful to our neighbours.
Cleaning at end of stay charged separately.
Any specific requirements please message me, I will try to be flexible.
