The hotel is pleasant and centrally located. Breakfast was plentiful. Bathrooms should be upgraded to include accessibility for the elderly, such as shower bars; currently dangerous and slippery.

This is the best hotel in our trip to Glasgow. Room is clean and spacious. Bathroom is excellent. The stay was extremely comfortable. The only thing is the slow lift that took forever to come to the floor due to the small size and the large numbers of guests in the hotel. Overall, it’s highly recommended.

Quite big room, clean and looks new. Strong water power from the shower sprinkler. The mattress might be a bit old, not so comfortable. The lift is a bit small, it only suits for 2 people carrying 2 piece of luggage.

Bright, modern new hotel in a great location

Pleasant 2 night stay at the AC. Ideal location just off George Sq, at the start of the Merchant City and all its bars and restaurants. It’s a few minutes walk from Queen St station and main bus links. Bright and modern new hotel with decent sound proofing. We only had a standard twin but the room and shower room was well designed, a decent size and included a fridge and coffee maker. We also liked the seating area and USB plugs. One tiny negative - that’s the case in many hotels - is the lack of a mirror on the desk/dressing table.

Great location, nice room, nice bar, easy check-in. Helpful front desk (they booked us a taxi for our departure). Safe area, restaurants, coffee shops all over nearby. This isn't really a 5-star property, but it is precisely what we wanted for a 2 night stay before hopping on a cruise.
