Great location

My latest stay here and was on the top floor this time, meaning I had a brilliant view. Perfect to see how close it was to The Hydro where I was going to a concert. I usually get the train to the hotel but as I had a liitle time from my bus arriving and my check-in I decided to walk from Buchanan Bus station. It was closer than I thought to the city centre.

It was necessary to ask 3 times for toilet paper. Even then, the room was not serviced with coffee replacements or trash emptied. Hotel was advertised as having a bar and restaurant, neither of which is true. They have a fair breakfast, but no restaurant for other meals or a bar. Very disappointed in this misrepresentation as it caused extra stress finding meals within walking distance for two seniors.

A reasonable priced place to stay which was clean and in waking distance to transport links. Very walkable distance to the city centre too. Near shops and very good choices of different cuisines.

The staff at the property are friendly and serviceable, but prior to our stay never answered emails with basic questions. Also the room was very small and outdated, tv size was the same as my laptop and there are very few outlets to charge various devices at the same time.

Stayed here due to a cancelled train. Paid £130 for the pleasure. Bed was stained and plug hole was completely blocked by hairs. Not sure when it was cleaned. Won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Overall had a great time staying there..

Excellent location! Close to a lot of bars, clubs, shopping and restaurants as well as a subway line. I did think it was strangethat there was no attempt to perform room service while we were staying there. It was only four days so it wasn’t a big deal and I don’t like being disturbed, but I would’ve thought that they would’ve tried to clean the room it at some point.. it’s a value hotel so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. There was also an issue with the room key. We went back twice and had the key even replaced, but at any given time there was only one key that worked.

Stay was terrible. Room had a weird odour. The towels were not replaced untill we actually needed to flag it to the staff. The internet access was mid. The tv would not connect to the wifi.

The staff are excellent. The lady who was on duty from early in the day until afternoon is so friendly and she deals with customers so well including difficult customers. She’s always pleasant and helpful.

Hotel ok for the price room small, full of immigrants with there delivery bikes outside, being on my own and having one of them speaking to me felt unsafe, didn’t have breakfast there as they were get free breakfast
