The space
A delightfully 17th century mansion, which has been converted into flats in the 80ths , beautiful location 4 acres of garden you feel like you're in the heart of the country yet you are only 10 minutes’ walk from the village of Killearn and 30 minutes drive from Glasgow or Stirling.
The flat has been renovated 3 years ago. There is a well equipped kitchen, a living room furnished with 2 large leather sofas ,table and a log-burning stove, two double bedrooms one in suit both with double beds- one can become two singles and a smaller room with a single bed. The bathroom has a bath and electrical shower
A utility room with a modern washing machine and hanging dryer.
Use of bed linen and towels will be included in the price.
Guest access
The flat is contained within a building 1 mile away from Killearn, I will aim to personally hand the keys over, and otherwise I will leave them in a secure box outside the flat door
Other things to note
Mobile phone signals are patchy inside the house, phones need to be left nearby a window or connect to Wi-Fi.
There is half a mile of gravel road, which could have pot holes if the weather has been bad. We try to maintain it in good conditions
