The room view was bad. Breakfast items had run out so choice was not good. Usually better and should be for the price.
Otherwise, a nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff
We really enjoyed our brief stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was with the bar tender on our last evening. I have a neurological disorder and was cold and very tired and had wanted to know if he could make a specific drink. He quickly and flatly said they don’t have an ingredient he saw in the photo. No smile, no apology, no suggestion of something else, just a flat unfriendly stare at me. I come from a background of high end hotel mgmt, and this was very cold.
Executive double room booked. One chair in the room! A table and one chair for a couple. Bad organisation. Even the photos show two chairs.
So one person sits on the edge of the bed while the other sits on a chair. Last visit to this hotel thanks.
Parked in Jamaica parking garage. The hotel had a maze of hallways and elevators, but our place was clean and modern. A hearty breakfast, with made-to-order eggs. A good base to rest up after flying, and to begin our tour of Scotland.
