Stayed in room 115 that wasn't the best. There was a continuous knocking sound coming from the wall, very irritating when trying to get to sleep.Reported to reception but noise still there when we left......Expected more from a Grovenor hotel so a bit disappointed

Rooms freezing, small radiator for large room. Breakfast excellent. Bar staff great. Rooms would be great if warm, i remember putting this same review in about the rooms being cold 20 years ago, maybe theve not got round to it yet. ? Staff pleasant.

Room was spotless and very nicely decorated, all amenities were available. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had asked for my room to be decorated with balloons and roses etc and they did not disappoint!
