Clean, tidy, large rooms. All staff very helpful, cheerful& friendly. Some parts of the SPA were not working (steam room). Been going for last 5 years and food has always been great But not this time. Starters were superb but the main courses were both dry and tasteless (we could not eat them, hotel informed) hopefully they will be better next time we stay.

Dear Anthony,Our apologies for the lack of steam room but unfortunately due to Brexit, we have found that getting replacement parts is now taking weeks instead of days. However there is still the Sauna and Bio Sauna as well as the rest of the facilities for our guests to use.Its great to hear that you enjoy the hotel and come back so often and rest assured that i will pass on your comments with regards to the food and we will endeavour to improve this for your next visit.

Nice hotel. Generous sized rooms. Spa is large for the size of the hotel. Staff are very friendly.

An excellent hotel. We have stayed in many hotels and this is definitely one of the best. We couldn't find a fault. The staff were very friendly, rooms are a great size, facilities and food options outstanding. The general manager went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
